Who I am
This website, mohrdigitalmedia.com, is run by Mohr Digital Media, LLC, owned by Dennis Mohr, in Colorado. “I” and “me” means Mohr Digital Media, LLC.
This policy explains what information I collect on this website, why I collect it, and how you stay in control of it.
What I collect
When you send a message. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your business name (if you want to share it) and your message.
When you get the Free Guide. The sign-up form asks for the details it shows, like your name and email address.
When you book a call. The booking calendar (run by Calendly) asks for your name, your email address and anything else you choose to tell me before the call.
When you visit. Google Analytics collects things like which pages you visit, how you found this site, your type of device and browser, and your general area (like your city). It doesn’t tell me your name or email address.
How I use it
I use your information to:
- Reply to your message.
- Get ready for and hold your call.
- Send you the Free Guide and, if you signed up, emails with tips and news from me.
- See which pages are helpful, so I can make this site better.
I never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Tools that help me run this site
A few trusted services handle parts of this site for me. They only get the information they need to do their job:
- Calendly runs the booking calendar.
- EmailOctopus stores the Free Guide email list and sends my emails.
- Google Analytics counts and measures visits to this site.
- WordPress and my business email handle contact form messages.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- Stripe handles payments if you become a client.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser saves. Google Analytics uses them to count visits. The booking calendar may set its own cookies when it loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and this site will still work. You can also use Google’s opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from counting your visits.
Emails from me
I only send you emails if you signed up for them, for example by getting the Free Guide.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click takes you off my list, and you won’t get any more emails.
How long I keep it
Contact form messages: up to 12 months, then they’re deleted.
Free Guide email list: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your details.
Website visit data: Google Analytics keeps it for up to 14 months.
Call bookings: as long as I need them to work with you.
Keeping it safe
This site uses a secure connection (the lock in your browser’s address bar). Only I can see the messages and sign-ups you send.
No website or online service can promise to be 100% secure, but I take care to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you the information I have about you, fix it or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from my emails at any time.
To make a request, send me a message.
Children
This website is for business owners. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy. When I do, I’ll change the date at the top of this page.
