This summary is here to help. The full terms below, and your signed agreement, are what count.
Who these terms are for
These terms cover your use of mohrdigitalmedia.com and any work I do for you. “I” and “me” means Mohr Digital Media, LLC, run by Dennis Mohr.
If you sign an agreement with me, that agreement comes first. If it says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.
Using this website
The tips and articles on this site are general information. They aren’t advice for your exact business.
Please don’t copy this site’s words or design to use as your own, or try to break or misuse the site.
Some links go to other websites, like Calendly for booking a call. I don’t control those sites, and their own terms apply there.
Website projects
Before any work starts, you’ll get a written price and plan for your website.
Most websites take 4 to 6 weeks. That depends on getting what I need from you on time, like your logo, photos, words and feedback.
You pay for your website in two parts: 50% before work starts, and the other 50% when your website launches.
If you want something that isn’t in the agreed plan, I’ll tell you the cost before I do it.
The monthly plan
When it starts. Your monthly plan starts on the day your website launches. You won’t pay for the plan while your website is still being built.
The first 3 months. The first 3 months are a minimum. You can’t cancel during those 3 months.
After that. After month 3, the plan goes month to month. You can cancel any time, with no notice needed.
How to cancel. You cancel yourself, online, through the secure billing page (run by Stripe) that I send you.
Refunds. Any month you’ve already paid for isn’t refunded. This is true during the first 3 months and after. When you cancel, your plan keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Changing plans. You can move to a different plan as your needs change. The new price starts with your next monthly payment.
Ads
Ads are an add-on, priced separately. Before any ads run, the details and costs are agreed in writing.
Your accounts and content
Your Google listing, Facebook page and email list belong to you. You give me access so I can manage them, and you keep them if we stop working together.
You’re responsible for making sure the photos, logos and words you give me are yours to use.
Your website belongs to you. When it launches, you’ll get a Website Manual that shows you how to use and update it.
No guaranteed results
I work hard to help your business get found, get picked and get remembered. But I can’t promise exact rankings, calls or sales. Google, Facebook and your local market can change in ways no one controls.
Limits
I’m not responsible for problems caused by things outside my control, like outages at Google, Facebook, your web host or your email service.
To confirm: liability wording, reviewed by a lawyer.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. When I do, I’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you’re a client, your signed agreement stays in place.
The law that applies
These terms follow the laws of the State of Colorado. This applies wherever your business is located.
